Our product doctrine
Commercial promises stay private, explicit, expiring, customer-bound, product-bound, auditable, and completed by the shopper in Shopify checkout. Unknown evidence fails closed.
How we communicate
Potential, qualified, authenticated, clearable, converted, and refunded demand are different states. Attribution and incrementality are different claims. Illustrative data is always labelled.
What we will not build
No generic shopping chatbot, public bid marketplace, silent future card charging, cross-merchant demand exchange, autonomous purchasing, or invented AI forecast.
